HOW TO ACHIEVE HAPPIER CUSTOMERS WITH EFFORTLESS ENGAGEMENT? AND IT’S FREE!
The Business Kitchen is delighted to be hosting a number of key, FREE, events, at no cost or payment to the attendee, aimed at the Gloucestershire business community. The theme of these Business Kitchen Business Bites sessions is: ‘Knowing who your customers are’.
The Business Kitchen is a Gloucestershire-based training company run by Gill Smith and Nigel Knowlman. Between them, they have developed the Main Course programme which delivers a unique blend of small group practical workshops combined with and - here is the important bit - 1-2-1 sessions - to work on your business plan, goals and to help you focus, with no distractions, on building your business.
The Business Kitchen has seen attendees and advocates really drive their business forward through the Main Course programme.
Kim Fleet, Crime Writer comments, “The 1-1 sessions are extremely valuable - an hour with a business expert to discuss any aspect of your business that needs further attention. For me, this was a space to explore what I really wanted to achieve, and the best way to achieve it. The 1-1s provide a 'critical friend' - helping me to dig deeper into what's right for my business.”
Belinda Wilson, Glos Info states “I am learning so much from the Business Kitchen sessions. We are a small group who’ve discovered a lot about each other’s businesses, so we have both the expertise of Nigel and Gill and the input of the other group members to learn from. The Business Kitchen is a safe, confidential environment in which business planning can take place guided by others. In my opinion, everyone who runs their own business could benefit from the Business Kitchen workshops.”
Adam and Nicole from Intelligent Horsemanship explain “The clear, non-judgemental advice and insight have made our business more beneficial both for us and for our clients.”
The Business Kitchen is running a number of FREE workshops and a competition to enable business owners, new to the Business Kitchen ethos, a chance to discover why it is important to their business.
