INVITATION: PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT, RIVERSHILL HOUSE, CHELTENHAM – PUBLIC CONSULTATION
On behalf of developers Telereal Trilliium you are invited to a public consultation about proposals to redevelop Rivershill House in St George’s Road, Cheltenham.
You will be aware that the building, formerly occupied by the Department for Work and Pensions, has been largely unused for several years. The proposals now being drafted involve replacing the office block with a quality residential complex either by refurbishment or total redevelopment.
At the moment, the scheme is in the formative stages, and the company would very much like local feedback before proceeding with a planning application to Cheltenham Borough Council.
We very much hope, therefore, that you and your members will be able to attend a public consultation which will take place as follows:
• Monday November 24, 12 noon until 7.30pm
• St Andrew’s Church Hall, Montpellier Street, Cheltenham GL50 1SP
In attendance will be representatives from Telereal Trillium, planning consultants Origin3 and architects Roberts Limbrick who will be happy to go through the options and do their best to answer any questions you may have.
If you are unable to do so and would like to know more, please get in touch using the contact details below and I’ll do my best to help. I attach a pdf of the leaflet which has been distributed about the public consultation for your information.
