There is nothing more powerful than meeting someone face to face to create awareness of your value proposition and to nurture relationships. Telemarketing is a tool that can effectively and efficiently start the process. Telemarketing takes a more strategic approach over telesales where some knowledge of the target audience is required, but it is still a numbers game. At the seminar, Caroline will provide some insights on how to overcome some of the challenges and some tips on how to build a simple yet effective telemarketing campaign.

Caroline is the founder of Gap Sales + Marketing opening doors of opportunities for business across a variety of industries.  Using insights to identifying gaps in the market and tools such as telemarketing to bring on board new business for her clients.  The key is keeping it simple, having a robust process in place and persistence.

Before setting up Gap Sales + Marketing Caroline started her career working with global brands delivering integrated marketing solutions, working client and agency side.  In the last eight years, she was worked extensively with SMEs helping them to grow their businesses. Caroline lives in Cheltenham and has clients in Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties
